Richard Weston has two sons who represent the fourth generation born and raised in South Florida and 7th generation Floridians dating back to ancestors first arriving in Florida in 1825.  Richard's great grandmother was Elizabeth (Erwin) Weston whose father's farm was on Erwin Road in Coral Gables, Florida.  Richard's great grandfather was LeRoy Weston who served as Coral Gables' Chief of Police from 1929 to 1931; he was a third generation Floridian born in Jacksonville in 1893. 

Richard grew up in Miami graduating from Killian High where he led his basketball team to the final four.  Richard went on to be a part of the basketball teams at Monmouth University and Florida International University.

Andrew Weston was born in Coral Gables, Florida and graduated from Coral Gables High School and the University of South Florida.

Richard, Andrew and their families are active in their communities supporting Youth Sports and charities.
